All prices on our webshop are exclusive of 21% VAT.
Our ordering process will guide you through your order in 5 steps.
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by email.
We will then prepare your order for shipment.
If you prefer you can order via email. Send your order to us with your address and we will enter it in our system and send you a link to complete the order.
Shipment
Orders made on working days before 4 pm will be sent the same day.
The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 day.
Once we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation with possibly a track and trace number.
In the unlikely event that a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible and we will return it as soon as possible.
Your order will be composed by us with care and properly packaged to you.

Are you not satisfied with an item and want your money back? This is not a problem and is your right, under certain conditions. You can only return unopened and unused products to us within 30 days from the date of purchase (note: this applies only to individuals, companies cannot use this right).
Personal care or hygiene products such as for example mascaras, eyeliners, coatings, mouth caps, etc. will not be credited by us.
Discounted products with 30% discount or more can also not be returned.
To return products, please use our Return Form at all times (click, download, print and fill out). You must enclose this return form for proper handling. Returns received without the enclosed return form will not be processed by us. Returning items is always at your own expense. Returns must be to the address listed on the return form.
Upon receipt of your return we will refund the amount due to your account within 5 working days. When you return the entire order, the shipping costs charged will also be refunded.
